Serving the poor of Zahle, Lebanon, in the name of Christ.

In the aftermath of the explosion in Lebanon and the total economic breakdown in the country, Imad Aubrey began a mercy ministry to serve the poor of Zahle. This ministry, started by only a small team, functions under Zahle Ministry and is now expanding. The mercy ministry team took speedy action, using emergency/reserve funds to meet desperate needs in a gospel-centered effort. Zahle Ministry’s other team continues to stay focus on evangelism engaging Muslims and refugees.

Mercy ministry’s main goal is to provide medicine, food and fuel for people to stay warm during wintertime and most importantly to share the gospel with them and help them find hope in Christ our Savior in a hopeless world. We were able to help more than 74 families on a monthly basis during these desperate times. We are trying to create ties with all individuals and families we are helping, we pray with them every time we visit, and we make it known to them that this is how our Lord Jesus Christ is looking over them.
